This exact moment did not actually happen, but it's based on hard truth. I like most things to smell or taste like candy or cakes and one of the most common phrases in my household is "I like my food to taste like other food." I don't know why I do this but I believe it's a combination of constantly craving sweets and being bored with how things normally taste... Either way, my home always smells delicious.
