Today's Comic is based off a true story. I, myself, was not present to witness this one but I (and many others) read his tweets saying he was at the doctor and an ECG reading was saying that he was having a massive heart attack... right now. I immediately texted Steve to see if he was okay (it may sounds silly, but of all the people I know, he's probably the only person who's first thought while having a heart attack would be "I should tweet about this"). As it turns out he was perfectly fine, he just laughed and explained to twitter-land that the machine was very very broken and that he's in perfect health. We figured we may as well get a comic out of it :)
