This comic is based off a true story (though I never threw my drink at Steve). A few months back I was impatiently awaiting the release of Batman: Arkham City for PS3 when I realized I couldn't actually afford the $70 to buy the game. I decided that with the 3 weeks I had left, I'd actually have to cut my budget down to afford the game. I think I texted Steve about it and his reply was "Saving... that's cute" which made me laugh pretty hard. I've always kept that comment in the back of my mind as a classic Steve-quote and I decided to finally use it in a comic :)

*side note* Steve ended up buying the game for me because he's awesome :D
