So this comic is based of of true events... sort of. I did see a movie once where there was a scary poison pill that was black and yellow, and the pills I was prescribed for my kidney infection looked EXACTLY like them... however, I did take my medication because I didn't want my kidneys to rot. Steve's reaction is also very appropriate, sometimes I have no idea how I've managed to survive this far in my adult life.
