Haaaaaaa... okay, I have no proof that the seagull was taken out by a ninja. However, I'd like to think that because there is no trace of a ninja to be found, that it was, in fact, an exceptional ninja who carried out the task. Well, the damn seagull is gone (although in real life it took about 2 months to fuck off and die) and I couldn't be happier about that.
